Whether you are an athlete, or focused on weight loss, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, or general body toning and sculpting, we have the knowledge and facilities to take you to the next level. Our clientele covers the entire age spectrum, including youth, teen, adult, and senior. In short, we build customized fitness programs for every level of fitness and age, and provide the structure, motivation, and oversight to keep you committed to the fitness program and on track to meet your goals.

Adults < 65

Professional aged adults are the most typical clients we work with and come from varying backgrounds of athleticism and injury history. Our training programs are designed to fit your skill level and work around and improve any previous injuries (e.g., back, shoulder, knee, etc.).

Adults > 65

We have many years of experience training adults well into their 70s and 80s and know which exercises are appropriate for the aging population looking to extend their quality of life into their latter years.

Youth < 18

There is no minimum age required to start a weight lifting program, although we have found that 12 years of age is an appropriate age to start, especially for young athletes and we know which exercises are appropriate for younger bodies.

Athletes

We work with all levels of athletes, including high school, college, and professional athletes building, designing, and leading you through a custom training program to take you to the next level of your sport.

We offer a private and personalized training experience in our Laguna Hills facility conveniently located off of the 5 freeway or 73 toll road for quick and easy access.

Attention to Detail

Each program starts with baseline body weight, body fat, and circumference measurements and the setting of an initial 90 day goal that we take progress measurements on every 30 days. Our personal training methods meticulously focus on the details. No two bodies are the same. Our training methods are unique and specific to each individual’s needs and have been developed and honed over decades and continue to be refined and perfected to provide the most specific training plan to your individual needs.
