The lifestyle change that one of our programs starts is empowering and puts you in more control of your life and your actions. We recommend 3 one-hour training sessions per week, but no fewer than 2 one-hour training sessions per week to keep you on track to attaining your goal. 

Our atmosphere is fast-paced and fun. Our training sessions run one-hour and you will be amazed at how much work we can pack in that one hour, and how much fun you will have along the way. 

About Our Founder

Tony Kakuk founded Pro Fit Personal Training in 2006 and has been weight training since the age of 12 when he bought his first weight set from Sears and Roebuck with his paper route money and set it up in his parents basement in Wisconsin. 

Tony started weight lifting to make himself stronger for football and trained and conditioned his body to help him walk on and earn a college football scholarship as a starting inside linebacker and team captain at St. Cloud State University, where he excelled for 4 years.

Tony then went on to earn his MBA from the University of Michigan while working in corporate America for 15 years for companies like 3M and PwC before deciding to follow his love and passion for weight training and has been going strong with his training business ever since establishing himself as one of the most sought after trainers in South Orange County.
